CORONA:

This project included a living space renovation and a master suite addition plus a garage build. The owners came to Ascent to reimagine their kitchen, living room and dining room as well as envision their dream master bedroom. The home was originally built in the 1950s with an addition put on in the 1970s and the clients wanted the exterior and master suite addition to seamlessly connect with the rest of the home. Ascent worked with home designer Andy Stein to curate an open concept living area complete with hardwood floors running throughout the home, the addition of a bar and an outdoor deck space for entertaining.

The result is a home perfect for a family of four with a private wing for the kids room and bathrooms, a spacious and functional master with ensuite bathroom that connects into a walk-in closet. Outside, a custom-crafted deck makes way into their large backyard and two car garage with ample storage.

Ascent also hand-built a mudroom storage unit, touched up paint in both the children’s bedrooms and bathroom and ensured all the windows matched and were energy efficient. The exterior of the home is unique and connected to allow for the interior space to accommodate the needs of a busy family of four.
