What was previously a dark and outdated two-story 2200 SF home with closed-off living spaces is now a three-story 6000 SF luxurious oasis with a modern, open and light-filled floor plan. The foyer alone boasts a magnanimous 265 SF featuring a 23’ ceiling and white oak flooring hand-cut into a charming herringbone pattern. The living area features a 20’ tall fireplace flanked by built-in cabinetry, an 18’ nanawall system, and is open to the kitchen and dining, floating white oak stairwell and upper level hallway above. All cabinetry (consisting of a combination of white oak, walnut, and painted cabinets) were handmade by the owner himself.
