59TH AVENUE:

Built in 1987, this Arvada home previously featured low ceiling soffits, a smaller kitchen, and tired cabinetry and flooring.  Ascent was proud to design and renovate the kitchen, dining room, and flooring to create an open, airy main level for this busy family of six.  

5” rift and quartered select white oak floors now run throughout the main level.  The expanded kitchen now boasts white oak cabinetry, a custom green island, quartz counters, a farm sink, Zellige backsplash tile, handcrafted and heavy duty white oak shelves designed to hold mugs and plates, and brushed brass hardware.  The laundry room was relocated in order to create additional pantry and coffee bar space.
