A big part of what we do is meeting clients face-to-face, touring their home, understanding their priorities and family habits. When the pandemic hit, we moved a lot of those conversations to be virtual.

Now we still have the majority of our meetings in person, but restrictions during the pandemic showed us that virtual meetings and check ins have a value. They allow us quick update opportunity and even better project management.
