What was previously a cramped 2,400 SF with a main level and basement is now a sprawling 3,920 SF. Our team “popped the top” by adding an upper level and remodeled both the basement and main levels to create an open layout for the growing family, complete with a music room, office, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This Tudor home was originally built in 1938, so our design team carefully curated interior and exterior renovations reflective of that time period and architectural style, including steep gabled rooflines, fry reglet as a modern take on half-timber accents, checkered floor tile, wood ceiling beams, a wood burning stove, brick and tile rowlocks, and Tudor glass cabinets, to name a few.
Out of respect for the homeowners’ desire for privacy, we only photographed the exterior of this home, but rest assured the interior reflects the quality craftsmanship this beautiful home deserves.
