Impressed with Ascent’s construction site cleanliness which they observed while out on evening strolls, these clients first came to Ascent seeking a main level remodel and second story addition.  Architect John Collins collaborated with us to design the approximately 3,000 square feet of renovated space, creating an open-concept main level with an office, and second story with a primary suite and additional bedrooms.

Several years later, these clients called us back again, this time asking for a design-build of their basement.  Our in-house designer created the architectural drawings, opening up the cramped layout to create a flex space worthy of football-watch parties, a small exercise room, and a comfortable guest bedroom and bath.  We also dug out the basement floor to create taller ceilings and added egress windows to flood the space with natural light, creating a basement that doesn’t feel like a basement.
